The lounge is right by one of the escalators to the sky train and it took me 15 minutes get from the Lounge all the way to B49. It was nice that the place felt secure enough that you could leave your bag by your chair and go to the restroom, get food, etc and not have to tote it around (and lose your seat) though I do wish they had more lockers. I did not try any of the spa treatments or really do much besides eat and drink but I was plenty happy about it. They were well staffed and several people went around collecting plates and glasses and cleaning surfaces. Good thing is that people are always coming and going so chairs opened up. Chairs were always available here and there but if you were there with a group it might have been an issue. Yes there were a lot of people but I didn't feel it was "crowded". About 12 noon the lunch food rolled out and though there was initially a big line after about 15 minute it was done to just a few people. Everyone who approached the bar was greeted promptly and served quickly. The bar staff was not overly friendly but they were very efficient and quick. There was one seat open at the bar and I claimed it and made myself at home. I quickly toured around the lounge and noted they were starting to remove the breakfast items. I wish they had more lockers, they had maybe 20 and all were taken. She did state "its crowded in there, enjoy". She said though I was 20 minutes early they would let me in. My flight was a 2:50 with a 2:20 boarding time. The attendant advised about the 3 hour rule which apparently applies not to your flight time but boarding time. Overall I was very happy and pleased with my visit and while it was crowded, it was not unpleasant. I recently obtained an Amex Platinum card and this was my first visit to any of the lounges.
